MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AGREEMENT

Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between OAP (“Online Attestation Pakistan”) and the client (“Client”) who engages OAP for document attestation services. By engaging OAP’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Consultation and Assistance:

OAP shall provide the CLIENT with consultation and assistance regarding his/her case using the standard operating procedures set forth by the company for handling cases in its office policy.

Meetings and Communication:

Meetings, both for the purpose of consultation or case preparation, may be coordinated and arranged at the office premises, over the phone, or via Skype with OAP’s highly qualified Consultants and/or Case Officers. Online communication through social media platforms, especially WhatsApp, will be considered as legal and authentic communication.

Best Efforts:

OAP shall use its best knowledge and expertise to strengthen the case of the CLIENT(s). However, it does not guarantee the successful outcome of any application or process, as it depends on the timely provision of documents and information by the clients and the policies of the official assessing or decision-making authorities.

Document Authenticity:

OAP will not be responsible if any forged, fake, or tampered documents, certificates, diplomas, or degrees are withheld by the authorities. In such cases, OAP reserves the right to charge an additional 50% on top of the total quoted payment, retain the documents, and not refund the paid amount. These cases will be considered null, void, and canceled, and all agreements related to them will be deemed null and void as well.

Payment and Charges:

The quoted charges can be subject to change, and additional charges or expedite fees for fast or urgent processing may be required by OAP. The process will be withheld until the additional charges are given and cleared by the Client. The processing time will only initiate on working days (Monday to Thursday) upon the clearance of the initial, partial, advance, or complete payment in OAP’s account.

Processing Time and Delays:

OAP will provide an estimated time for processing documents or certificates but shall not be responsible if the processing is delayed or withheld by government, educational institutions, law firms, or other entities. In such cases, if the Client is not satisfied with the services, the documents will be considered null, void, and canceled without notice or refund. OAP will not be bound to urgent return the documents to client neither would give any estimated time. OAP is not bound to urgent return the documents or case and also not committed to estimated time whereas, it can be uncertain any time that any sort of delay by the governing bodies, institutes, boards, country crises or natural disaster can cause the delay in process. 

Printing Errors:

OAP will not be held responsible for any mishap, incorrect or misleading context printing on government-issued or authorization paperwork or stamps. OAP may suggest alternate solutions or try to request assistance from the relevant entities for an additional task or expedited service fee.

Courier and Delivery:

OAP will not be responsible once the documents are physically couriered to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to track and take updates with the courier company or entities. The case will be considered completed as soon as the courier is dispatched to the client, and OAP will not be responsible for any delays or timestamps in reaching the destination.

Miscommunication and Breach of Terms:

All correspondence on social media forums, especially WhatsApp, will be considered as legal and authentic communication. Any miscommunication by the client or any misconduct in inquiry, processing, or procedure, including fee-related conversations leaked or shared with the client’s personal or relationship contacts, will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions. In such cases, OAP reserves the right to take legal action, impose surcharges, revoke or withhold the documents, certificates, or process without notice to the client.

Document Damages:

OAP will not be responsible for any delamination or damage to the client’s documents or certificates caused by the authority, courier, or any lender of documents with the client’s consent. OAP not be responsible if the document or any client`s paper work is either loss or misplaced by the courier. in such cases OAP will inform the customer and consider such cases as null, void and canceled.

Document Loss or Misplacement:

OAP will not be responsible if the client’s documents are lost, misplaced, or confiscated by the government, law enforcement, educational institutes, official governing bodies or issuing authorities. In the event of document loss during case proceedings or unforeseen accidents or natural disasters, OAP will inform the client and proceed with duplicate issuance from the same issuing authority. The client will bear the expenses of additional processes, such as issuance and attestation, notarization, or apostle. No specific timeline can be guaranteed in such cases. Note: Any forged, fake, tampered, fraud or counterfeit documents or certificates will not be entertained, and the case will be considered null, void, and canceled without any refund or return of the documents. we do not assess the documents authenticity and any case counterfeit or kept in the custody by the authorities will not be OAP responsibility, nor any evidence or receipt will be provided against the submission. such cases will be considered null, void and cancelled by OAP. whereas, in case of delay or loss of document OAP will not be responsible any client personal work / job / visa / immigration or any sort of issue at clients end upon in such cases either.

Cancellation and Refund:

OAP does not have a policy to provide refunds in any case or subject to any tasks pre attempt for submission. If the client wishes to cancel or terminate the case proceedings, the provided documents will be returned to the client with additional courier fees, but the advance payment or additional payment will not be refunded. Such cases will be considered null, void, and canceled for OAP services.

Error Assessment and Receipt:

OAP will not assess the documents for any errors unless objected by the authority, attestation public law, educational institute, or any other relevant entity. OAP will only suggest solutions and additional expedite fees or service fees in such cases with the client’s consent. OAP will provide the receipt once the complete payment is made, the documentation reaches its destination, and confirmation is received from the client. The receipt will be generated at least in three working day or more and sent to the client in digital format only. OAP will hold the right to not provide the government/official fees receipts in any case.

Client Behavior and Communication:

OAP will not entertain any misbehavior or inappropriate communication directly related to the client’s case. OAP will also not entertain any individuals related to the client or any third parties. In such cases, OAP reserves the right to impose additional charges or restrict communication until the client’s written consent is provided. Any kind of misbehavior OAP may take a legal action.

Payment Clearing and Case Initiation:

OAP will proceed with the documents once the complete payment or advised payment is cleared by the client. This applies to the initiation, during, or before the completion of the client’s case. Upon receiving this agreement by electronic means, digitally, physically or via courier. the client hereby agrees to all the mention terms and conditions mention in this 3 page agreement, whereas, the client does not have the right to revoke / cancel / change to the terms and condition in this agreement after initiating the case. If the Client continue with his / her  related case tasks or documentation with Online Attestation Pakistan Services without signing this agreement makes Clients consent agreed to these terms and conditions via accepting this agreement.
